Mixologist/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team in a vibrant and upscale casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience through your creativity and expertise in beverage preparation. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available and clean. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences while delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of beverages served. Operate cash register efficiently for processing payments while ensuring accurate cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink pairings with menu items for catering events. Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu. Experience Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with Aloha POS system for seamless order processing is a plus. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is advantageous. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests. Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing transactions.
