HOPWA:
An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or technical school or 1 year of relevant experience; OR and equivalent combination of education and experience. Have a valid PA driver's license and a registered and insured vehicle. Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities. Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
