In this pivotal role, you will drive program development, ensure quality service delivery, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs that promote the well-being and independence of individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies to samum upport collaborative efforts. Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies related to behavioral health and social services. Coordinate staff training initiatives focused on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and working with youth.
