Job Summary Coordinates and oversees the planning, implementing, marketing and evaluating of designated program(s) and projects. Job Duties Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Completes projects, as assigned, including defining scope, methods, data collection, coordination of meetings, and analysis. Assists and supports programs long-term goals. Assists with development of budget and operating plan for the program. Appropriately handles program communications with program stakeholders Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities. Maintains updated records and creates reports or proposals, analyzes program risks and makes adjustments as appropriate. Work is typically performed in an office environment.
