Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Program Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful execution of programs at our Wyomissing, PA location. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage program activities Supervise staff and ensure proper coverage and performance Monitor program progress and implement improvements as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in program management, operations, or a related field preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer applications

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
