The Faculty of Arts and Sciences are the largest academic unit at Rutgers-Camden, delivering a wide array of degree programs at the baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral levels in the humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, and fine arts. The Faculty of Arts and Sciences includes three schools: the College of Arts and Sciences, University College, and the Graduate School. Posting Summary Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Center for Urban Research and Education Center (CURE). The Program Coordinator II is responsible for day-to-day logistics and administrative duties of individual projects at the CURE Center. The Program Coordinator II will report to the Center Director and work closely with the Department Administrator to ensure operations and implementation of programs and initiatives. The Program Coordinator II is responsible for partnering with the administrator, director, community partners, faculty and staff to support CURE initiatives. This position works at the project level on various elements CURE projects and programs including data collection/analysis, management of community-partners, administrative work on contracts with clients, and other project-level work. In addition, the incumbent provides program support and technical assistance for CURE and its clients and partners through work supportive of cooperative grants.
The position will work in collaboration with the entire team of faculty and staff to support CURE grant applications, reporting and other administrative tasks. This position is contingent on the continuation of grant funding. FLSA Nonexempt

Salary Details Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.

Daily Work Shift Work Arrangement Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public policy, sociology, urban policy, economics or related field. Minimum of two years relevant experience in program coordination or administrative function, and computer literacy.
Familiarity with community-engagement and with urban research and/or urban politics.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
