Position Overview The Senior Digital Program Manager is accountable for the successful, on-time, within-budget, and error-free delivery of Platform features and capabilities, managing the planning and execution of project deliverables across a group of related projects that support a common program goal aligned with Digital Strategy. This role provides leadership and support to multiple development/scrum teams, interfaces with technical staff, management, and business resources, and mentors less experienced Digital Project Managers. The incumbent owns the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall program plan - including dependencies across projects and the program budget. Key Contributions & Responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of project deliverables, including the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall program plan, highlighting dependencies between projects under the same program Apply knowledge of cloud-based platforms and digital processes, along with strong business acumen, to guide cross-functional teams in project execution Manage multiple projects concurrently Apply advanced knowledge of internal systems, processes, and procedures, and relevant external influences (competitors, laws and regulations, market conditions, etc.) to meet or exceed customer expectations Serve as the principal communicator with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status Identify and manage risks and issues; log and review program risks with stakeholders and take timely action to mitigate or eliminate them Define program scope and success indicators to realize program benefits within a defined timeframe Apply Agile or Waterfall program management methodology as relevant to program execution, following current industry practices (e.g., DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) for highest velocity and innovation Prioritize program requirements in partnership with the Product Owner and other stakeholders Develop the communication plan and stakeholder management plan for the program, including a stakeholder register and analysis of stakeholder positions Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and consumers of program deliverables Create and manage dependencies across all active projects; collaborate across the program to leverage diverse thoughts and ideas Evaluate program team members and identify opportunities to add or train resources to strengthen IT skills across the program Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced Digital Project Managers for successful program delivery Develop a rough order of magnitude for the program budget, track actuals, and complete quarterly spend forecasts throughout the program lifecycle Communicate program status using a visual reporting tool and maintain program artifacts, including lessons learned, in an accessible, shared environment Advocate for the digital program and support its successful adoption Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams Requirements Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5+ years of professional experience in this capacity OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience Experience working with large programs or enterprise organizations Familiarity and prior experience leading cross-organizational system testing teams Required Skills 5+ years of experience with Agile project management Experience delivering AI programs Technical education/background in development engineering management Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Confluence Experience managing software development projects/programs in large matrix organizations Advanced human relations skills for a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside the department Ability to drive issues to resolution Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization Desired / Nice to Have Skills Scrum Master certification Familiarity with the application development life cycle Familiarity with manual and automation techniques for system testing AWS Cloud certifications Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision Insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Please follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
