Head of Sales Position Summary Benefit Harbor is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Alliances Manager to serve as the central point of coordination between Benefit Harbor, Workday, and our broader ecosystem of implementation partners, consulting firms, carriers, and technology partners. This role is part relationship manager, part marketing coordinator, part project manager, and part communications leader. The ideal candidate excels at building strong professional relationships, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, organizing partner programs and events, and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned. The Alliances Manager will play a critical role in helping expand partner engagement, improve communication across the ecosystem, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensure Benefit Harbor is viewed as a trusted and strategic partner. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic alliance relationships. Maintain regular communication with Workday alliance leaders, partner managers, implementation firms, and ecosystem partners. Coordinate recurring business reviews and partner check-ins. Track relationship health, engagement levels, opportunities, risks, and action items. Ensure follow-through on commitments made between organizations. Partner Communications Develop and manage partner communications programs. Create and distribute:
Monthly partner newsletters Quarterly business updates Program announcements Product release communications Enablement updates Maintain partner contact databases and communication calendars. Ensure consistent messaging across all partner channels. Marketing & Go-To-Market Coordination Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with Workday and ecosystem partners. Assist with:
Webinar planning Campaign execution Customer success stories Partner spotlight programs Social media promotion Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize partner engagement. Event Planning & Execution Organize and coordinate: Partner summits Workday events User groups Executive dinners Regional partner meetings Virtual events and webinars Manage logistics including: Invitations Registration Agendas Venue coordination Vendor management Follow-up communications Program & Operations Management Maintain alliance calendars and activity plans. Track partner-generated opportunities and engagement activities. Coordinate internal follow-up across sales, marketing, product, customer success, and leadership teams. Document meeting notes, decisions, commitments, and action plans. Prepare executive summaries and alliance status reports. Internal Coordination Serve as the central coordinator between: Sales Marketing Customer Success Product Executive Leadership Ensure alliance activities are aligned with company objectives. Help prioritize and drive completion of partner-related initiatives. Qualifications Required 3-7 years of experience in: Partner management Alliance management Marketing coordination Business development Program management Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable interacting with executives and senior leaders. Experience coordinating events and managing logistics. Strong proficiency with:
