Behavior Specialist

Shift Consultation provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We provide behavior consultation for kids and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We also work with aging adults who live at home or in Assisted Living Facilities. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals to provide in-person visits and interviews with our clients and their caregivers. These meetings are a crucial part of getting to know our clients, their environment and their needs. This position is a combination of remote work and in-person visits which are scheduled at your own convenience. We have one full time and one part-time position available. Pay is determined based on experience level and all drive time is paid at your typical rate. If a candidate has experience in implementing and writing positive behavior support plans they will be eligible for the higher range of pay.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience working with aging adults or people with disabilities
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong communication and self management
• Professional or Academic Writing Experience
• Experience implementing or managing positive behavior support plans

Pay:

$25.00

• $45.

00 per hour
