Job Description

My client, Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR ) is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator to lead initiatives that strengthen behavioral health services, support workforce development, and improve outcomes across Stark County. Key Responsibilities Coordinate system-wide behavioral health improvement initiatives Analyze data and identify opportunities to enhance services and client outcomes Support workforce development, engagement, and trauma-responsive practices Facilitate trainings, meetings, and stakeholder collaborations Build partnerships with providers, community organizations, and coalitions Help implement evidence-informed programs and address service gaps Qualifications Master's degree in Human Services or related field required Minimum 5 years of behavioral health program administration experience required Dependent clinical licensure required Independent licensure and project management experience preferred Salary & Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance effective the first month after hire Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) Vacation and sick leave accrual from day one 5 personal days and 10 paid holidays annually Professional development and educational assistance opportunities Flexible and remote work options available for eligible positions Why Join StarkMHAR? $51,925.00 - $61,661.00 per year
