• Bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in a healthcare or community-based setting serving older adults, persons with disabilities, and/or veterans.
• Ability and willingness to complete all required program training.
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Physical and Environmental Requirements Much of the work is field-based in veterans' homes and requires regular independent travel throughout South Carolina or North Carolina.
