In this vital role, you will ensure clinical staff are equipped with the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. Your expertise will empower Students who want to become future Certified Home Health Aides healthcare professionals education principles, clinical instruction, and leadership in training initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Compliance & Oversight:

  Ensure compliance with the NJ Board of Nursing CHHA regulations; ability to prepare for audits and inspections, and maintain the program curriculum and evaluation plan.

• Program & Student Management:

  Prepare for new cohorts, coordinate instructors and clinical placements, track attendance and make-up sessions, and
• Maintain student records and performance evaluations.
• Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Maintain professional communication with agency and staff
• Maintain attendance records for each student, including the dates of any makeup sessions
• Strong organisational and documentation skills

Qualifications :

• Education:

  Must hold an active 4-year license in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) license from an accredited nursing school in New Jersey
• Experience (within the five years immediately preceding application):

• Full-time:

  Two years of experience working for a licensed home care agency as a registered professional nurse, including one year in community health nursing; or

• Part-time:

  Four years of experience as a registered professional nurse, including two years in community health nursing or home care.
• Computer literate.
