The Clark Scholars Program Coordinator supports the administration, assessment, and delivery of a comprehensive scholars program designed to promote student success, engagement, and experiential learning. The position coordinates academic and co‑curricular support for scholars across all stages of participation and works collaboratively with faculty, staff, mentors, and institutional partners to ensure effective program operations and a high‑quality participant experience. The Coordinator provides direct advising and outreach to scholars; manages program data, tracking systems, and compliance documentation; and supports assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.The role also assists with:
The planning and execution of programs, events, and experiential learning opportunities, including global experiences and mentorship initiatives. The position exercises independent judgment within established program guidelines and contributes to program effectiveness, retention, and student development outcomes.MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

None Experience in student programs, advising, academic support, or program coordination preferred. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $42,100.00 - $67,300.00.
