Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Community Engagement Serve as one of the primary leads for the Family Development/Wrap Around Program, & primary lead for Summer Youth Program. Maintain monthly contact with clients to address needs, resolve challenges, connect them with resources, provide referrals, and follow up to support progress toward their plans. Represent the Family Development/Wrap Around Program, & Summer Youth Program at community events, partner meetings, and outreach activities. Build, recruit and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and program participants, schools, parents and worksites for the programs you are responsible for. Responsible for student placement and tracking. Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating community-based programs, events, and workshops/Getting Ahead. Review and revise plans, goals and self-sufficiency scales as needed and measuring/recording extent to which plans are completed, and progress towards self-sufficiency is achieved. Track outcomes made by clients and submit monthly reports for Family Development/Wrap Around Program, & Summer Youth Program. Provide Emergency Assistance by coordinating the intake of client, landlord paperwork and pledges or guarantees payments with utility agencies and landlord. Maintain/update all client records and enter all data, case notes and submit monthly spending/tracking logs for any funding received for the month. Attend community network meetings for outreach and to keep up to date with community resources. Program Data & Reporting Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing program participation data, outcomes, and impact metrics. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely reports for grants, funders, and internal leadership. Assist with tracking and preparing requisitions for billing and payment. Assist with working with program staff to ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements. Assist with supporting the development of evaluation tools, surveys, and tracking systems to measure program effectiveness. Serve as a backup for the Community Program Supervisor in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as weekly requisitions. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
a. As to knowledge, skills, abilities and other attributes: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to understand and follow directions, rules, regulations and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships.

$19.28 - $21.06 per hour
