DDD Supports Broker (Experienced) Thee Agency Thee Agency Hybrid (Northern New Jersey Region) About Us Thee Agency is a DDD-approved provider agency supporting adults (21+) through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities. We specialize in individualized supports, housing navigation, and person-centered planning that empowers individuals to live full and meaningful lives in their communities. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Supports Broker to serve individuals throughout Northern New Jersey. This position offers a primarily remote work environment, with community visits required in Northern NJ and surrounding areas based on each individual's needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in the NJ DDD system, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with families and support teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor person-centered service plans in alignment with DDD guidelines Manage and track individual service budgets Assist with housing navigation and DDD Housing Subsidy coordination Communicate with Support Coordinators, families, and community providers Maintain compliant documentation and required reporting Advocate for appropriate community-based supports Qualifications Minimum 2+ years experience within the NJ DDD system (required) Strong understanding of ISP process, budgets, and Housing Subsidy Experience working remotely and managing caseloads independently Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings in Northern NJ What We Offer Flexible schedule Remote work environment Competitive compensation (based on experience) Supportive, mission-driven team culture Growth opportunity within a developing agency How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your NJ DDD experience and familiarity with housing supports.
