Job Description

ClearTouch Services is a family-owned agency dedicated to providing services and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Our mission is to provide person-centered support, tailored to empower adult individuals that we serve to live independent, rich & fulfilling lives in the community of their choice. Our goal is to stand with and be a bridge for the individuals to the community they wish to live in by building a relationship based on mutual trust and respect. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to oversee services for individuals with developmental & intellectual disabilities. Direct Services Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various programs designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities (or other special needs) in living independently within their own homes or with their family. The supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered support services that promote dignity, autonomy, and community inclusion, while maintaining compliance with state regulations, regional center requirements and agency policies. The position will managing Ventura County areas, including Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership Supervise, train, mentor and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins. Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and evaluations. Promote a positive and professional team environment Support recruitment, retention and staff engagement efforts Individual/Family Support & Advocacy Develop initial assessment reports based on individuals' and family's needs, based on discussion with the family as well as planning team from Regional Centers Implement, and monitor Individual Program Plans (IPPs). Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the IPP and regulatory requirements. Advocate for individual needs and coordinate with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders. Help families access individualized support and resources, such as SSI, Medi-Cal, Cal-Fresh, Housing etc Address individual and family concerns promptly and professionally Program Management Oversee day-to-day operations. Ensure staff coverage and manage scheduling. Monitor service hours to ensure alignment with authorized funding Conduct regular visits to monitor individual progress. Assists with audits, program reviews and compliance checks Serve as liaison between individuals, families, Regional Center Service Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams Participate in IPP meetings and provide updates on individual progress, and communicate changes in needs effectively Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, progress notes using time tracking software and Microsoft applications Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Title 17 and Regional Center and HIPAA guidelines (if applicable). Participate in audits and licensing reviews. Risk Management & Safety Identify and proactively address health and safety risks Ensure implementation of behavior support and crisis intervention plans Respond to emergencies and provide guidance in crisis situations. Train staff on de-escalation techniques and emergency procedures. Conduct follow-up and corrective action after incidents
