Summary:

Seeking an experienced Electric Program Manager to support benchmarking, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives within Electric Operations. This role focuses on data-driven performance improvement, industry benchmarking, and program oversight while collaborating with internal teams and external utilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead benchmarking and best practice initiatives using data analytics Manage programs, process improvements, and performance tracking Act as primary liaison with external utilities and industry groups Facilitate workshops, forums, and problem-solving sessions Maintain benchmarking data, insights, and contacts (BRIDGE platform) Support leadership with insights, reporting, and strategy execution

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (Engineering or related) or equivalent experience 7+ years of relevant experience Experience managing programs/projects and budgets

Preferred:

PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification Strong knowledge of electric utility operations Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
