Engagement Manager Greaser Consulting | Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania Build the systems that power modern sales teams. At Greaser Consulting, we help companies implement the technologies and systems that drive revenue growth. If that sounds like you, we'll teach you the rest. The Role Greaser Consulting partners with software companies to provide i mplementation, optimization, and managed services for their customers. As an Engagement Manager , you will help ensure customer projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion. You will work alongside our Professional Services Consultants to coordinate timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure deliverables stay on track. While consultants focus on the technical and strategic aspects of implementations, Engagement Managers focus on project execution and delivery management .
This role blends:
Project management Customer coordination Program organization Stakeholder communication You will work closely with consultants implementing platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Superhuman, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and similar revenue technologies. Understanding how these systems work can be helpful, but the primary responsibility of this role is ensuring projects are organized, communicated clearly, and delivered successfully. You will be cross-trained over time to handle basic professional services consulting capabilities. Experience with consulting environments or revenue technology is helpful but not required. Serve as the primary project manager for Greaser Consulting customer engagements Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables Partner closely with Professional Services Consultants to keep projects on track Facilitate customer meetings, status updates, and project communications Help define next steps and ensure accountability across stakeholders Manage project documentation and ensure all engagement details are clearly tracked Identify risks, delays, or blockers and work with teams to resolve them quickly Help maintain smooth handoffs between consultants, internal teams, and customers Ensure customer expectations are aligned throughout the engagement lifecycle Support successful project completion and customer satisfaction Qualifications Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn complex systems quickly Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple customer priorities Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Past experience in some type of project management role Helpful (Not Required) Experience with sales processes such as prospecting, pipeline management, or forecasting Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Exposure to tools like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong, Superhuman, or ZoomInfo Experience training teams or working with customers in a technical environment About Greaser Consulting Our headquarters in Central Pennsylvania sits in the foothills of America's "first frontier." Work Environment This role is based in our Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania headquarters . After the first three months of employment , employees may work from home on Fridays, provided they have reliable internet for customer meetings.
