Job Description

Executive Director -
Circles of Grant County Location:
Marion, IN (Hybrid - Remote with in-person Tuesdays)
Hours:
25-30 hours/week In person schedule
Requirement:
Tuesdays, 5:30-8:30 PM (in-person program) About the Role We are seeking an Executive Director to lead and grow our local initiative, which builds relationships that support individuals and families in moving from surviving to thriving. This role provides overall leadership, supports staff and participants, and strengthens community partnerships to expand program impact. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight Provide vision and leadership for Circles programming Ensure alignment with mission and values Serve as liaison to the board and community partners Assist with fundraising efforts and donor communication Manage program budget Staff & Team Development Lead staff meetings and planning sessions Conduct one-on-one meetings and annual reviews Support a collaborative, strengths-based team culture Program Support Lead and coordinate weekly Tuesday evening Circles gatherings Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of Circle Leaders and volunteers Meet individually with participants to provide support, accountability, and guidance toward personal and program goals Operations Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with staff, stakeholders, and community partners Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and operational reporting Provide administrative and operational support to ensure organizational efficiency Lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and relationship management Qualifications Must reside in Grant County Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong initiative and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nonprofit, community engagement, or human services experience preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (3-5 years) Commitment to community impact and servant leadership Why Join Circles? Pay:
