• Part-time, Contract Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Facilitator/Assessor to lead and evaluate participants in our Batterers Intervention Program.

This vital role involves guiding individuals through structured intervention sessions designed to promote accountability, behavior change, and healthy relationship skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to social work principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion. Duties Facilitate group sessions for program participants, utilizing the provided curriculum. Conduct assessments Maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies Generate status reports for all program participants on a monthly basis and email reports to stakeholders such as probation officers, court personnel, and child welfare. Collaborate with community stakeholders and attend occasional meetings. Maintain accurate payment records for participants.
