Job Description

As a leading provider of interdisciplinary therapy services—including ABA, speech, physical, and occupational therapy—we prioritize evidence-based, collaborative approaches to support children's development and well-being. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-time Referral Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves managing referral processes, fostering positive relationships with families and referral sources, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for service excellence, and experience in marketing or event marketing to promote our services effectively. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming ABA, OT, PT and ST referrals, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Coordinate with families, therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient onboarding. Maintain accurate records of referrals and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date through electronic management record system. Communicate regularly with referring providers, families, and clinicians regarding referral status and next steps. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective communication throughout the referral process. Manage and facilitate timely communication for various issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external partners and community stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy-related environment is advantageous but not required. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
