Job Description

Company Overview Pearl Street Dental Partners supports dentists in growing practices, planning succession, and managing non-clinical operations. Its people-first approach centers on providers, team members, and delivering thoughtful patient experiences. About the Role As our Integrations Program Manager, you own the plan, not the work. You'll make sure every department's integration tasks get done on time across several new partner practices at once, so our department heads and integrations leadership can spend their time on decisions instead of chasing status. This is an entry-level role with real room to grow alongside our integrations team. You'll be the person who always knows where every practice stands, what's still open, and who needs to act next. Business decisions, partner relationships and department-specific work stay with integrations leadership and our department heads. Your job is to make sure nothing falls between them. What You'll Do Keep each practice's integration plan current in Asana, including task owners, due dates and sign-offs Run a weekly cross-department status meeting and send a clear, concise written status update afterward Own the open-items list and escalate anything open more than 5 business days to the right department head or the VP of Integrations Build and manage the on-site and travel calendar so the team follows our travel standards and no one is stretched too thin Confirm every install checklist has both vendor and internal sign-off before the next step begins Support on-site integration weeks as needed, helping our on-site integrations lead track status, open items and vendor sign-offs Feed lessons learned back into our integration template so each integration runs smoother than the last Your First Few Months You'll join as we head into our largest wave of new partner practices yet. You'll start by running the plan for a single-practice integration, learning our process, people and tools hands-on. From there, you'll support larger multi-office integrations alongside our on-site integrations lead. What You Bring Any experience coordinating projects, events or schedules across multiple people or teams (school, volunteer and internship experience all count) Familiarity with Asana or a similar project management tool, or eagerness to learn one quickly A follow-through mindset: you close loops, track details and keep commitments visible without being asked Clear, concise writing, especially status updates a busy leader can read in two minutes Confidence speaking up in meetings and calmly escalating when something is stuck A "How can I help?" attitude and a team-first approach Willingness to travel occasionally Nice to Have Dental, healthcare or multi-site operations experience Reports to: VP of Integrations Start date: As soon as possible How to Apply Apply with your resume and a short note about a multi-team project you kept on track.
