Please specify soccer coaching license(s), soccer coaching certifications in current standing ODP Director - New Hampshire Olympic Development Program The New Hampshire Soccer Association (NHSA) is seeking an organized, motivated, and soccer-focused leader to serve as the Director of the New Hampshire Olympic Development Program (ODP). This position oversees the daily operations, administration, and growth of the state ODP program in alignment with the standards and guidance established by the United States Youth Soccer (USYS) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). Position Summary
The ODP Director is responsible for managing and operating all aspects of the New Hampshire ODP program, including player identification events, coach staffing, scheduling, communications, event coordination, and program logistics.
The Director works independently while collaborating with NHSA leadership to ensure the program maintains high standards and positive experiences for players, coaches, and families. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day and seasonal operations of the New Hampshire ODP program.
Coordinate and manage annual player tryouts and identification events
Schedule training sessions, events, and program activities
Utilize the GotSport platform for registration, communication, and program management
Identify and secure facilities for trainings, tryouts, and events
Recruit, assign, and manage coaching staff for ODP teams
Ensure all coaches maintain required USYS licensing, SafeSport certifications, and background checks
Coordinate referee assignments as needed for program events
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, coordinate uniform and gear purchasing for all athletes and coaches.
Serve as the primary contact for ODP families, coaches, and participants.
Attend monthly virtual meetings and communications with USYS regarding national ODP initiatives Qualifications
Strong background in youth soccer administration, coaching, or program management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules independently
Experience with event coordination and operational logistics preferred
Familiarity with USYS, USSF, and ODP structures preferred
Experience using registration or sports management platforms such as GotSport is preferred
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by program schedules Position Details
