Job Type:
Part-Time to Start (Growth Opportunity to Full-Time Leadership) ⸻

Job Overview:
Exquisite Wellness Pathways is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager/Program Manager to support the development and day-to-day operations of our behavioral health services, including Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in building programs from the ground up, understands behavioral health operations, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This position will play a key role in helping the organization expand services, strengthen compliance, and support long-term growth into additional behavioral health programs. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and daily operations of Mobile Crisis Response services Assist with development and oversight of Community Stabilization programs Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements (DBHDS preferred) Help develop workflows, policies, and operational systems Coordinate staffing needs, onboarding, and scheduling support Assist with building community partnerships and referral networks Support readiness for inspections, audits, and program reviews Track program performance, client services, and reporting requirements Collaborate with leadership to support expansion into additional behavioral health services Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and growth ⸻
Qualifications:
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use services (required) Knowledge of Mobile Crisis Response or Community Stabilization services (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Virginia DBHDS regulations and compliance standards (preferred) Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with program development, operations, or healthcare administration Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ⸻
Preferred Background:
QMHP, CSAC, PRS, LCSW, LPC, or similar credentials (a plus, not required) Experience working with Medicaid populations Experience in startup or growing organizations ⸻
