Program Coordinator

Welcome Join our team as a Program Coordinator and lead the planning, implementation, and improvement of key court programs and collaborative initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with judges, court staff, and external partners to ensure programs operate effectively, comply with legal and funding requirements, and continuously improve through data analysis and best practices. Ideal candidates bring strong research, analytical, and communication skills, along with Capital Case Program experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Option I:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field Four (4) years of advanced trial court experience

Option II:

Selection Procedures:

Step I:

Step II:

Those candidates that are successful in the previous step may be invited to take a pass/fail online assessment. A validation assessment may be performed at any point during the recruitment. Those candidates passing the examination(s) may be referred to step III in the selection process.

Step III:

Those candidates successful in the previous step, may be invited to participate in an oral panel interview exam (weight 100%) conducted in person or virtually using Zoom. Those candidates who are successful in the interview may be placed on an eligible list. Placement on an eligible list is not a guarantee of employment. Additional steps for the selection process may include a drug test, background and reference checks.
