Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field Four (4) years of advanced trial court experienceOption II:

About the Riverside Superior Court Riverside is the fourth largest county in California and the 10th largest in the United States. There are fourteen court facilities spanning 7,300 square miles that serves Riverside's 2.4 million residents. The courts and its employees hold a unique role in the public sector. Step I:

Those candidates that are successful in the previous step may be invited to take a pass/fail online assessment. A validation assessment may be performed at any point during the recruitment. Those candidates passing the examination(s) may be referred to step III in the selection process.Step III:
Those candidates successful in the previous step, may be invited to participate in an oral panel interview exam (weight 100%) conducted in person or virtually using Zoom. Those candidates who are successful in the interview may be placed on an eligible list. Placement on an eligible list is not a guarantee of employment. Additional steps for the selection process may include a drug test, background and reference checks.
