Job Description
About the Role We are a growing organization dedicated to delivering meaningful and cost-effective security training solutions. Our programs support individuals, security service firms, and organizations with in-house security personnel, helping them advance professionally through industry-recognized certifications. We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and assist with certification program activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative work, customer interaction, and program coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and respond to email and phone inquiries Monitor and manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) Process program orders, including: Certificate enrollments Certifications and recertifications Proctor verifications Release and grade examinations and issue certificates Maintain class lists and track daily program activity and statistics Prepare invoices and assist with certification processing Create and maintain Excel reports and perform basic data analysis Distribute newsletters and support marketing campaigns Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience in training programs, certification programs, or education administration Familiarity with CRM systems or learning management systems (LMS) Basic understanding of social media management and email marketing tools
