Program Coordinator Dublin, OH 43017 Hybrid work From $60,000 a year - Full-time, Contract From $60,000 a year - Full-time, Contract Build Meaningful Relationships That Change Lives Children of Valor provides tutoring and academic services to military-connected children across the continental United States. We are hiring a Program Coordinator who will serve as the primary relationship manager for families and tutoring providers nationwide. This role requires strong communication skills, professional boundaries, organization, and sound judgment. Position Summary The Program Coordinator manages family relationships, coordinates in-person tutoring services, tracks program outcomes, and ensures a positive experience for every child served. This individual will be the primary point of contact for families and must demonstrate strong relationship management, business judgment, and operational follow-through. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for families and tutoring providers
- Coordinate tutoring schedules across multiple states
- Build strong, professional relationships with families
- Track student progress and service outcomes
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation
- Resolve concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Support continuous improvement of program operations
- Collaborate with leadership on program reporting and data tracking Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in program coordination, nonprofit services, education, or family services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional boundaries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems preferred Compensation & Benefits
