The Signature Events Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the V Foundation's Signature Events team and portfolio of events strategy as part of the organization's overall strategic marketing and communications efforts. This position is the main internal point of contact for the Signature Events Teams and other V Foundation departments and provides executive level administrative support to the Signature Events Leadership. The individual will directly manage calendars for the Market Development and Signature Events Team and will serve as the scheduling point of contact between these team members and the rest of the organization. The individual will also schedule all Signature Event Committee meetings, produce and manage minutes, and ensure agendas are distributed prior to all meetings. The Signature Events Program Coordinator will have a high level of attention to detail, be customer service centric, and able to help the V Team with pre-event supply preparation and post-event follow up. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, technologically savvy, mission-driven, and a collaborative team player. The individual should be able to work within the organization's culture and be collaborative at all levels of the organization. The Signature Event Program Coordinator must be able to build constructive and effective relationships and use diplomacy and tact. The individual will work closely with other units and departments to include Marketing, Business Partnerships, Development, Operations, and Finance. Minimum Requirements 2 year degree in Hospitality or other related field or industry 1-3 years related work experience; preferably in non-profit work environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at once. Strong sense of initiative and an outcomes-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or with a team. Detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and other videoconference software platforms to conduct meetings.
