Job Description:

On-Demand Group is currently seeking for a Program Coordinator for a 6+months contract engagement.

Location:

Hybrid 3X/week on-site (MN) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program / Project Coordinator to support ongoing initiatives through the end of the year. This role will assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday and other ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support multiple projects and program initiatives simultaneously Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes Assist in resource planning and scheduling activities Monitor risks and issues, escalating as needed Support data tracking and reporting within Workday and/or ERP systems Ensure adherence to organizational processes and project management best practices

Required Qualifications:

2-5+ years of experience in a project or program coordination role Hands-on experience with Workday Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare Payor Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
