Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Nursing or a Related Field of Rehabilitation.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Follow the Personnel Policies as set forth by the Board. Responsible for monitoring and enforcing all Personnel Policies, Procedures and Rules and Regulations as mandated by the Board. Develop job descriptions for part-time and full time staff and consultants. Responsible for all corporate financial transactions and management such as financial statements, annual budget, grants, and expenditures. Monitor all agency books, ledgers, accounts, and records. Develop lines of communication and an organizational chart. Obtain and maintain current certifications as required by the nature and purpose of the agency to include: Department of Labor Wage/Hours Certification Fire Marshall Facility Safety Certification Department of Human Service Three Year Residential Service Certification Responsible for the administration of Residential Services. Review and monitor programs and agency goals in order to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness of all service delivery. Supervise outreach and case findings of potential clientele. Develop and maintain linkages with ancillary services as required to provide clientele with necessary services. Supervise and monitor staff training and development. Responsible for proper maintenance of all physical properties and equipment held by the agency. Annually reviews and makes recommendations for up-date and/or revisions on all agency policies, procedures I rules, regulations, programs, and services and submitting same to appropriate Board Officer. Attend all Board officer meetings (including committee meetings); serving as a liaison between the Board and staff and providing information and/or documentation required to facilitate effective board decision-making. Represent the agency in all professional, state, governmental or other bodies in establishing policies, decision making, and public relations. Responsible for maintaining a safe work area for all clients, staff and visitors.
