Someone to market the business. Make connections with other agencies to transition clients into appropriate level of care. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and retention to build a motivated team dedicated to service excellence. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget parameters. Develop and implement marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms to raise awareness and increase program participation. Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts. Serve as a public speaker at community events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote initiatives and foster partnerships. Coordinate fundraising activities and grant applications to secure resources for program sustainability. Supervise staff members, providing mentorship and performance evaluations to cultivate leadership within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising teams and managing volunteer programs effectively.
