The Federal Civilian business unit supports many customers spanning the federal, commercial, and nonprofit space. Our customers include NASA, the General Services Administration, Office of Personnel Management, the Library of Congress, Health & Human Services, and the FDIC. We partner with these agencies to build new capabilities, deliver products, establish data as a strategic asset for informed decision-making, modernize legacy systems, and build the digital service infrastructure necessary to scale their mission impact. Primary Responsibilities The Program Director is responsible for the overall strategy, successful delivery, operational performance, and customer relationship management of a complex federal digital services program. Working closely with delivery, technical, and executive leadership, you will provide strategic direction and oversight while ensuring the program consistently meets contractual, technical, financial, and customer expectations. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior government stakeholders and provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering and supporting digital services and technology platforms.
