This role ensures that our Pride programming runs with consistency, quality, and intention across all school sites, and that every Pride Leader, family, and school partner has what they need to thrive. The Program Lead does not lead a dedicated Pride group. Instead, this role serves as a quality controller and support presence across all Prides, rotating between groups to observe, coach leaders, and ensure programming fidelity. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as they are in a school hallway: organized, relational, and deeply committed to military-connected kids.

We serve military-connected children and families in the Great Lakes region — home to the largest population of active-duty military school-aged children in the state. Through our three core pillars of CONNECT, LEAD, and SERVE, Kids Rank delivers after-school programming, entrepreneurship, STEAM camps, family events, and mental health integration designed to build resilience, belonging, and community for kids who move often and sacrifice much.
