$63 - $73 HOURLY Role OverviewOur organization is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Readiness Program Manager to join a Service Planning & Strategy team. This role is responsible for supporting organizational operations and service readiness for new product launches. The ideal candidate is skilled at leading projects end-to-end, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence in customer support. This person will also navigate complex project landscapes and drive continuous improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to align objectives and hold launch schedules.
• Define support requirements using customer and industry data.
• Identify and resolve launch risks and roadblocks.
• Establish metrics, track post-launch performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end customer support program management for new product initiatives, ensuring support operations are launch-ready.

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

Proven ability to drive programs independently, owning workstreams end-to-end and setting direction without close supervision.

Proven cross-functional leadership on complex end-to-end projects.

Experience with data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder communication.

Experience in consumer electronics and customer support.

Experience with GSuite and project management tools like Asana.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in hardware or post-sales operations.

PMP certification or equivalent.

Journey mapping experience and strong documentation discipline.
