Program Manager III Cranston, RI $57.08/hour 4-Year Temporary Assignment Full-Time | 35 Hours Per Week |
Hybrid Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of a large-scale healthcare program in Rhode Island. This position is ideal for an accomplished project manager with extensive experience overseeing complex healthcare initiatives, grants, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills while effectively managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of a complex healthcare program. Manage program contracts, performance metrics, quality improvement initiatives, budgets, expenditures, and project milestones. Monitor program progress and prepare required budgetary and programmatic reports. Serve as the primary project manager, coordinating activities with internal teams and external stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, maintain meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely project follow-up. Develop and maintain project tracking systems, documentation, records management processes, and standard operating procedures. Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project management materials. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are achieved. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and recommend process improvements. Ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and aligned with established objectives. Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience . Advanced experience managing complex projects within healthcare environments. Experience with grant writing, budget development, contract management, program evaluation, and performance improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines. Experience creating professional presentations, reports, and project documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate complex information in clear, user-friendly formats. Demonstrated success working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience managing federally funded or grant-supported healthcare initiatives. Experience developing project management systems, workflows, and operational procedures. Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement methodologies and contract administration. Work Environment Hybrid work schedule based in Cranston, Rhode Island.
