This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pure Joy Enrichment programs. This role includes training and managing coaches and external programs and ensuring the program runs smoothly and effectively while providing a safe and welcoming environment for coaches and children. Reporting to the Director of Programs & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision/Coordination:

Train and supervise program contractors. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery. Manage coach relations, addressing grievances, and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment. Provide feedback during the hiring process to improve company standards.

Evaluation and Reporting:

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and report on program activities, outcomes and areas of improvement. Monitoring program during scheduled hours and making adjustments to accommodate changes or delays

Resource Management:

Manage program resources, including supplies and equipment, to ensure they are used effectively and maintained properly. Continually monitor and evaluate program+ resources for adjustment and improvement.

Community Engagement:

Promote all Pure Joy programs and recruit participants through building and maintaining relationships with schools and community organizations. Attend community events. Regularly post on social media.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
