Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Allen Park, MI (Remote). The ideal candidate will drive cross‑functional teams without direct authority while managing portfolio priorities, risks, dependencies, and executive‑level program status reporting.
Rate Range:
$45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑technology infrastructure upgrade programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Drive progress, accountability, and dependency management across cross‑functional implementation teams without direct authority. Oversee program risks, issues, and financials, including budget estimates, forecasting, and mitigation planning. Coordinate with network, infrastructure, security, vendors, and third‑party teams to ensure successful circuit, firewall, wireless, and datacenter deployments. Facilitate governance forums such as working groups and steering committees, providing clear executive‑level communications and program status reporting. Continuously improve program delivery processes while operating effectively in a fast‑paced, global, and multi‑time‑zone environment.
Required Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure and network initiatives. Proven network and infrastructure background, including understanding of circuit delivery, routers, firewalls, wireless technologies, and datacenter fundamentals. Excellent client‑facing and executive communication skills, with the ability to manage vendors, global teams, and stakeholders across multiple time zones. Pay Details:
