- motivated Program Manager
- to join our
- Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS)
- team.
- What You'll Do
- In this role, you will:
- + •Oversee full-cycle program management•for diverse government projects, including risk mitigation, financial forecasting, and contract compliance to ensure total client satisfaction and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Information Technology teams
- to bring Iron Mountain products to market and manage successful implementation for our customers. +
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- within an Agile environment to optimize go-to-market speed and streamline product delivery capabilities across a geographically dispersed team.
- What You'll Bring
- The ideal candidate will have:
- + •At least 5 years of relevant professional experience•, including 3+ years specifically dedicated to Project or Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector
- or Federal government standards, ideally with expertise in records management or Information Technology. +
- Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization
- , with the skill to influence and coordinate with various functional departments without direct authority to meet rigorous project schedules. +
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- (Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred);
- US Citizenship is required
- for this role to meet government contract requirements.
