The first 2 months of this role require a 100% hands-on, in-person training period with the clients. There is no remote work option during this initial training phase.

Job Overview Role Type:

Your Mission & Impact As Program Manager, your primary focus is Quality Assurance and Operational Oversight. Rather than providing direct, front-line caregiving, you will act as the backbone of the program—auditing services, mentoring an all-female staff, and ensuring the exact wishes and routines requested by the clients' parents are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance (Top Priority)

Audit Care:

Drive to community outings and the home to directly observe, evaluate, and audit staff interactions and external service vendors.

Honor Parent Wishes:

Enforce precise implementation of service details and routines exactly as requested by the families.

Review & Refine:

Review daily shift reports, progress notes, and incident logs. Update operational policies to maintain absolute safety.

Confidentiality:

Maintain strict professional boundaries and ensure zero leakage of private operational or client data to the staff.

Staff Leadership & HR Support Coach & Mentor:

Guide and support an all-female care team, delivering regular performance feedback and addressing concerns directly and immediately.

Admin, Quality Assurance, & HR Support:

Assist Main Admin with onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary actions, and payroll coordination. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department.

Communication Boundaries:

Manage staff inquiries via call and text until 8:00 PM (shifting strictly to text-only from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Client Wellness & Hands-On Connection Build Relationships:

Spend meaningful time with both clients to thoroughly understand their personalities, triggers, and communication styles.

Behavior Management:

Remain calm, professional, and therapeutic during moments of maladaptive behavior or aggression.

Job Requirements Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Experience:

4+ years in case management, service coordination, or autism services.

Leadership:

Direct experience supervising caregivers, managing accountability, and handling disciplinary actions.

Clinical Skill:

Direct experience working with individuals with moderate-to-severe autism and managing aggressive behaviors.

Logistics & Compliance:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Training Commitment:

Ability to complete the initial 2-month fully in-person training phase as noted above.

Preferred:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or Social Work. Strong knowledge of positive behavior support and crisis de-escalation strategies. Basic understanding of fitness and holistic nutrition.
