Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional product development initiatives for consumer and/or industrial products that impact safety‑critical environments. This role partners closely with engineering, product management, quality, marketing, and operations teams to guide programs from concept through launch and post‑release support. This is an opportunity for a program leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality products to market. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams through new product introduction (NPI) and product enhancement initiatives from concept to launch and beyond Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource alignment across multiple workstreams Apply a blended agile / waterfall (hybrid) project management approach to balance speed and structure Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders through dashboards, regular status updates, and executive‑level reporting Create a collaborative program culture focused on transparency, accountability, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement Use project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, PPM tools, dashboards) to drive visibility and execution Partner with engineering, QA, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful delivery Incorporate customer and end‑user feedback into program execution and prioritization Identify risks early and lead mitigation strategies to keep programs on track This role pays between $45-70 per hour depending on years of experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience in Program or Project Management with exposure to product development Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related) PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe certification Experience managing programs that include hardware, firmware, and mechanical design components Familiarity with phase‑gate development processes and agile delivery frameworks Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and/or international, ~10%)
