We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

• Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Creates, maintains, and manages all facets of the projects assigned including things such as; day to day project management, weekly project team meetings, sprint planning, stakeholder management, risk management, resources allocation, project reporting and budget management and alignment, and organizational change management. + Actively builds and works with cross-functional teams, and coordinate across departments to support project team members to complete projects according to both internal and external deadlines. + Communicates between team members and departments during the project lifecycle to present findings to stakeholders. The Program Manager will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related to managing various consulting teams, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.

• Qualifications
• + 7+ years of industry experience, with strong relationship management, account management, + 5 + years of Program Management work experience.

+ Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects. + Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. + Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development + Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency + Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies. + Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements. + Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. + Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. + Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. + Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery. + Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. + Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience. + Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
