Full-time Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including individuals with developmental disabilities, families, community partners, and funding sources
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program compliance with regulations and quality standards
Oversee program evaluation and data collection to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program management and behavioral health
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health
Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
