  • Full-time Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
  • Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
  • Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including individuals with developmental disabilities, families, community partners, and funding sources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Oversee program evaluation and data collection to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program management and behavioral health
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health
  • Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
