• May 28, 2027 Position Overview We are seeking a highly engaging and versatile Program Manager III to support enterprise training and communication initiatives.

This role blends program management, content creation, and public-facing training delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to travel regularly across regions. Key Responsibilities Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content to support training and communications initiatives Design and deliver compelling presentations for diverse audiences Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across assigned regions Travel regularly within one primary region and provide additional support across other regions as needed Manage and support training programs, including: Project planning and scheduling Timeline and milestone tracking Data entry and reporting Stakeholder communications Performance metrics tracking Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization Provide strategic guidance on communications and training effectiveness Required Skills & Qualifications Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage varied audiences Experience delivering training programs or workshops Solid project/program management experience Proficiency in video production (filming, editing, publishing) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
