Program Manager of Instructional Services 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 4000 Calle Tecate, Camarillo, CA 93012 From $75,000 a year - Full-time Channel Islands Social Services 51 reviews From $75,000 a year - Full-time Channel Islands Social Services (CISS) is seeking a skilled and mission driven Program Manager of Instructional Services to lead and strengthen our Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) and Independent Living Skills (ILS) programs. In this leadership role, you will oversee program operations, ensure service quality and compliance, coordinate with funding agencies, manage data tracking, and coach a high performing administrative team. This is a full‑time, salaried exempt position based primarily in our main office, with occasional evening or weekend work and limited remote work available as approved.
