Job Description

As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing programs that align with organizational goals. You will coordinate projects, improve processes, and manage risks to ensure successful program delivery You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Mason, Ohio location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell's programs by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement, while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring quality outcomes. This is a great role for a organized individual looking to advance their project management career!
YOU MUST HAVE 1-3
years in project management, project coordination, and process improvement within a complex organizational structure. 1-4 years of expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to inform decision-making and track program performance. 1-3 years with project management & cost forecasting tools such as Microsoft Project & Microsoft OneNote. 1-3 years managing budgets, documentation, and reporting to ensure program objectives are met efficiently. Ability to travel up to 25%
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience working in hands on industrial or technology-driven environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving continuous process improvement.
