You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Herndon, VA location on a Hybrid work schedule. YOU MUST HAVE
3 or more years of experience in program or project support roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with project management or reporting tools.

Track risks, performance metrics, and quality assurance activities to ensure delivery expectations are met. Support preparation of briefings, contract deliverables, and audit-ready documentation. Assist in negotiating terms, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with federal and organizational procedures. This position is incentive eligible.
