- Continuous until filled Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Program development and implementation Project management Scheduling and coordinating services Networking with service providers Purchasing and billing Collecting and analyzing treatment and outcome data Systems planning and organization Various administrative duties Qualifications Minimum or "day-one" qualifications: 2 years experience in administration or operations 2 years experience in systems planning and implementation Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), email, and Gemini in a professional office setting.
Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications:
1 year experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities 2+ years in administration or operations 1 year experience with finance/budgeting About the Role Provides professional support to the overall, state-wide administration of one or more Department programs, and in limited cases, interstate programs, involving the delivery of social services. Although the position may function with some independence, the incumbent is not responsible and accountable for the administration of Department programs. In the case of inter-state programs, their administration is governed by established policies and rules. Typically an incumbent gathers, compiles, and interprets program related information, prepares and presents program related reports, interprets policies and procedures, provides technical assistance to Department staff and service providers, and trains others in program related topics. May also assist the Program Specialist responsible for the program(s) with his/her professional, program related duties. Location
