• This TPM will lead a complex, cross-organizational initiative to transition our engineering environment into its next major evolution: a sophisticated, AI-driven, and self-optimizing ecosystem anchored by robust telemetry and evaluation.

You will orchestrate the strategy and execution required to achieve a destination state where data seamlessly drives system-wide experimentation, automated workflows, and holistic operational visibility. This program will transform raw metrics into a proactive AI intelligence layer for measuring impact and accelerating software delivery

Directors have:

• + Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle + Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers with a mission to power real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers and associates + Lead technology focused discussions with senior leadership by providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions + Exceptional communication and collaboration skills + Excellent problem solving and influencing skills + A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker + Experienced TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice + Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives + Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results + Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.

• Basic Qualifications
• + Bachelor's Degree + At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
• Preferred Qualifications
• + 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing. + 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture
• preferably using AWS + 5+ years of building & leading experienced TPM team + 5+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms + 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery + 5+ years years experience delivering large and complex programs
