March 16 (EOD) Opportunity Summary Solutions Resource is seeking a Senior PMO Director to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across PMO operations, governance, integrated planning, reporting, risk and issue management, and vendor coordination for a large transformation initiative. This role is well suited for a consultant who can quickly establish control, visibility, and executive-ready program discipline in a complex delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee PMO operations and governance frameworks Manage integrated planning, program schedules, and reporting Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Provide executive-level program reporting and visibility Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies Oversee vendor coordination and delivery alignment Ensure strong budget tracking and program controls Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience providing program and project management services on initiatives of comparable size and scale Demonstrated PMO leadership experience , including governance, scheduling, budgeting, status reporting, and vendor oversight Experience with integrated planning and multi-workstream program coordination PMP certification (active) or equivalent strongly preferred Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience Experience supporting public sector or government modernization programs Demonstrated success leading large-scale PMO engagements Initial Screening Questions Applicants may be asked to respond to the following: Can you support a hybrid engagement with at least 25% onsite time each month in Olympia, Washington?
