We are looking for a Senior Program Manager (m/f/x) who can take full ownership of complex, multi-stream programs. This is not a coordination role—you will be responsible for shaping delivery strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful outcomes across high-value initiatives. Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across multiple workstreams. Governance & Strategy:
Define program structure, governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business objectives. Stakeholder Management:
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery success. Financial & Resource Oversight:
Manage budgets, forecasts, resourcing plans, and delivery dependencies across multiple projects. Risk & Issue Management:
Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and outcomes. Team Coordination:
Guide and support Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution across the program. Reporting & Communication:
Provide clear, concise, and structured updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes. What We Are Looking For Experience:
8+ years in Project/Program Delivery roles, including significant experience as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role. Program Complexity:
Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs across IT, infrastructure, government, utilities, or enterprise transformation environments. Leadership Capability:
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. Delivery Expertise:
Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, and structured delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments). Communication Skills:
Ability to translate complex delivery issues into clear, executive-ready messaging. Mindset:
